The role of posture in good health
Our posture dictates the way we move and feel. Good posture brings ease of movement and a sense of wellbeing, while poor posture can cause back and joint pain, as well as a host of other symptoms, such as stress and>fatigue.

Posture and chronic back pain
More serious back disorders such as prolapsed discs or vertebral issues are frequently treated using surgery, but muscular and structural problems are often at the root of these issues. Surgery can remedy the outcome but not the cause.
A post-operative rehabilitation plan that aims to improve posture and natural movement is vital to a good recovery from serious back issues, or surgery relating to hip, knee, foot or toe pain.
